Unfortunately the size was wrong, so we sent it back on 28.09.2023 and asked for a voucher. Never heard anything since then. We are trying to get in contact via e-mail for weeks, but there is no reply. Out recommendation: Never order anything at naetur.com, save your money.Date of experience: September 28, 2023----------------------------After our rating with one star we received a reaction asking us to send an order number and corresponding information. We did that immediately. One week is gone - no reaction at all. And yes, we check our spam folder regularly - this is definitely not the problem. So our recommendation remains the same: "Never order anything from Naetur - save your money!" Awful customer service, never again.
