I was assured that I would receive payment via a specific method with a $20 fee for $1000. I confirmed this with the support team three times. However, today I received: Fee $45.80 USD, Total $974.20 USD. When I contacted support, they dishonestly claimed they couldn’t process payments to my account. This account has successfully received payments from them just two weeks ago and has been doing so for over ten years. The support team seems incompetent and untruthful. They clearly violated our agreement. I have saved proof of our conversation. There are numerous other platforms where I could trade with lower fees. If I had known that the company would be untrustworthy, I would have chosen a different platform. I insist that the company refund the unfair difference to resolve this issue.
