I recently had a very bad experience at Nafees Bakery, which was completely unexpected given my previous positive visits. I purchased a chocolate cake and requested the salesman to add a Thanksgiving note on it. Unfortunately, he couldn’t do it properly and said he would provide a new one. However, he called the supervisor, and things went downhill from there.The supervisor was extremely rude and insisted I take the same cake instead of providing a replacement. To make matters worse, he began shouting at me in front of other customers, creating a humiliating scene. Eventually, all the staff joined in, raising their voices at me in a completely unprofessional and unacceptable manner.This level of poor customer service and unprofessional behavior is shocking. I’ve purchased cakes from Nafees before and never faced anything like this. I hope management addresses these issues seriously to prevent such experiences for other customers in the future.
