The ordering process was easy and timely. Picking up in-store was hassle-free. We enjoyed the 12-inch full chocolate cake with fresh cream, and it was truly delicious. The inscription on top was just right as well. I will certainly return to this bakery in the future.

It took an excessively long time to receive a pre-made cake. Our polite request to cut the cake was met with rudeness. Overall, a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

Even when we were ready to place an order, they showed little attention. The shop wasn’t busy, yet it took 30 minutes to receive a pre-made cake. The attitude towards customers is unprofessional. When we politely asked to cut the cake, they refused and said, 'We can’t do it, do it yourself.' This was frustrating. I spent £35 on cakes, and if they think that doesn't warrant basic customer service, it reflects poorly on them. Overall, the customer attitude needs significant improvement. I would not recommend this shop.
