Simple ordering and convenient pickup. The cake was delightful.

The ordering process was easy and timely. Picking up in-store was hassle-free. We enjoyed the 12-inch full chocolate cake with fresh cream, and it was truly delicious. The inscription on top was just right as well. I will certainly return to this bakery in the future.

Unsatisfactory Experience

Date: 26 December 2025. Unfortunately, the customer service at the establishment was lacking. The staff were unwelcoming and did not provide adequate attention. It took an excessively long time to receive a pre-made cake. Our polite request to cut the cake was met with rudeness. Overall, a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

Consistently Poor Service

Date: 26 December 2025. Each visit to this shop has been a negative experience, as confirmed by friends who have faced similar issues. The customer service is very poor, and the staff are unfriendly. Even when we were ready to place an order, they showed little attention. The shop wasn’t busy, yet it took 30 minutes to receive a pre-made cake. The attitude towards customers is unprofessional. When we politely asked to cut the cake, they refused and said, 'We can’t do it, do it yourself.' This was frustrating. I spent £35 on cakes, and if they think that doesn't warrant basic customer service, it reflects poorly on them. Overall, the customer attitude needs significant improvement. I would not recommend this shop.

Declining Quality from a Long-Time Customer

I've been a loyal customer for years, and while the prices are high, the staff have always been friendly. However, I recently had guests and found the vegetable samosas were not fresh and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, it was too late to reach out since the shop was closed, leading to extreme disappointment over the lack of quality checks and the sale of stale stock. I’ve never faced this issue with other shops, only here. I won’t be returning anytime soon and recommend others shop carefully or consider alternatives.

Long-Time Customer Disappointed

I called their customer service to inquire about potential franchise opportunities, but the experience was disappointing. The representative responded rudely with a blunt 'no' and provided no further assistance. For a company of this size, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and customer service.
