So I ordered 6 OPI gels on the 1st of January 2021, I accidentally ordered 2 quantities of a colour so I emailed them straight away if they could replace it with another colour, the automatic email service said they will get back to me on the 4th which they did. So at 8am without reading my email regarding the issue I had they dispatched my order and they waited 3 hours to tell me “unfortunately what I asked is impossible as the order has been already dispatched.” What kind of customer service this is. I’m sure you would read an email first then just go ahead and dispatch my order it even says on the confirmation email “any issues with order please contact” I’m disappointed with the lack of care.
