I have used this service a couple of times, and the shipping is always delayed, even when I opted for expedited delivery. Recently, I purchased a replacement glass bubbler for my device after it was accidentally damaged. Unfortunately, within a week, the glass around the heating element began to crack. It seems to be a low-quality product. This has been a waste of both time and money. They really need to improve their inventory sourcing! I won't be returning to this service.

I attempted to place an order but was informed there was an issue with my address. I tried multiple times using an address I've had for years, which has been accepted before. I couldn't log in and was repeatedly given distorted letter quizzes. I eventually gave up and will purchase from another retailer.
I do not recommend buying from this service; their customer support is poor. You realize a company's worth when issues arise, and they fail to take responsibility. I bought a kit that broke after minimal use, and their response was unhelpful. I felt disrespected and will not return.
I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I haven't received my order after nearly five weeks! I've sent multiple emails requesting an update or a refund. They finally claimed to have located it, but it’s not even on my island. There has been no apology or acknowledgment of their responsibility.
