Bad customer serviceI placed an order from the ‘Gel’ section of the website, when the order arrived I tried the new colours out and realised they wasn’t staying on the nail so emailed and just enquired as to why this was. They replied saying it was normal nail varnish so I said how upset I was as I specifically went onto the gel section and clearly wouldn’t have paid all that money if I knew it was normal varnish. I had also sent them pictures of the varnish and of the nails I had tried it out on and the reply I got back to my email basically said you can return the products if they are unused at your own expense. I have clearly already stated in my first email I have used the products with pictures. I definitely wouldn’t have placed the order knowing they was normal nail varnish and definitely wouldn’t have used the company if I knew they was putting items in the wrong sections of their website.
