Terrible customer service! They canceled my order after I used what they called an 'unauthorized discount code,' despite utilizing my reward points. I'm extremely frustrated with how they treat customers and am considering legal action. They’ve canceled multiple orders and treated me like a liar. I’m not the only one who feels this way. They haven't responded in over a week, and now they’ve blocked me on social media. This has been a horrendous experience—stay far away from this business.
