Disappointing Experience with Cashmere Socks

I bought a set of cashmere socks for my wife as a Christmas gift, but they were too short for her preference. On December 26th, I started the return process only to discover a restocking fee of $9.95. This is frustrating for a pair of socks priced at $225. My wife and I spend thousands online each year, and I haven't encountered a restocking fee in years. Therefore, the company has lost us as customers for good. We will be taking our cashmere purchases elsewhere, and I hope the company enjoys the $9.95, as it will ultimately cost them much more.

Avoid This Company - It's a Scam!

Avoid this company - it's a scam! They took my payment for months, only to later inform me that the item was out of stock. The next day, they claimed it was available again, but when I reordered, the same issue occurred. They held my money for months before finally issuing a refund. Stay away!

Disappointing Customer Service

Disappointing customer service! I used a discount code on the last day of a sale, and although the discount applied, it didn't show up on my receipt after I placed the order. I took a screenshot of the confirmation. The customer service agent refused to honor the discount, citing a cutoff time that I found unreasonable. I find it hard to believe they couldn't escalate the issue to a manager for a manual adjustment. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to this brand.
