The quality of the product is excellent, as I have purchased from them before. Unfortunately, that doesn't matter if the items don't arrive. I received just one calendar from an order of six. They initially responded quickly and offered to send the missing items or provide a refund, but I've had no further communication despite multiple emails. Now I’ll need to claim my money back through my bank. Please send me my order!
