I ordered Christmas gifts on December 2nd, anticipating delivery within a week as stated by the platform. Unfortunately, after 13 days, I'm still waiting! I've emailed twice without receiving a reply, and the phone just keeps ringing without any answer. I really hope to receive some updates! While the gifts did arrive on December 23rd, the lack of communication and unmet expectations were disappointing.
I placed my order on 1st December with an estimated delivery of 5-7 working days. Now, on the 8th day, there’s still no indication that my order has been dispatched. I’ve reached out via email a few times but haven’t received any replies. After reading other reviews and comments on social media, I'm increasingly concerned that my order may never arrive. I hope the company will finally acknowledge the negative feedback and respond to me.
The product is indeed excellent, as I've bought from this seller before. However, that doesn't matter if the order never arrives. I received only 1 out of 6 items. They initially responded quickly with an apology and offered to send the missing items or issue a refund. Since then, I've had no further communication despite several emails. At this point, I will have to seek a refund through my bank. Please fulfill my order!

I ordered two advent calendars along with toasting jars and skewers. While my order was lost at the shipping end, I called to check on it, and they were very apologetic. They sent out a replacement with 24-hour delivery, and I received it the very next day. Great service and a wonderful gift for my children.
