I ordered 2 advent calendars to be delivered on 30th November as the products were not available until 27th November (ordered on the 10th). Evri were the courier and they were not delivered until 3rd December which was clearly disappointing. The company do not have control over the poor performance of the courier, however, I made 2 attempts to contact the company and received absolutely zero response and hence this is the main reason for the poor review as the company have complete control over their own customer service. Really poor.
