I placed my order on 1st December with an estimated delivery of 5-7 working days. Now, on the 8th day, there’s still no indication that my order has been dispatched. I’ve reached out via email a few times but haven’t received any replies. After reading other reviews and comments on social media, I'm increasingly concerned that my order may never arrive. I hope the company will finally acknowledge the negative feedback and respond to me.
