I placed an order, but my discount didn't apply. My card was charged immediately, yet I never received confirmation. After emailing them and waiting, I got no response. I tried calling multiple times with no success. The tracking numbers provided are useless. Almost a week later, my package arrived, but I no longer want it after this experience. Returning it is proving difficult due to the lack of original order access. Overall, a terrible experience with awful customer service.
