Many reviews mention poor customer service and issues with returns, as they don't respond to inquiries. They've also started inflating prices before offering 'sales' and inconsistently charging tax, negating any discounts. I can no longer recommend this place.
I placed an order, but my discount didn't apply. My card was charged immediately, yet I never received confirmation. After emailing them and waiting, I got no response. I tried calling multiple times with no success. The tracking numbers provided are useless. Almost a week later, my package arrived, but I no longer want it after this experience. Returning it is proving difficult due to the lack of original order access. Overall, a terrible experience with awful customer service.
The company shows a clear disregard for customer service. I attempted to initiate a return and received a sarcastic response stating they can't reply for five days and that sending a second email would push me to the back of the line. Seriously? Their clothing seems to only fit tall models.
The quality is poor relative to the price. Similar items can be found elsewhere for half the cost. Shipping is slow, taking about a week to process. Returning an item is also a hassle, as they deduct $10 from your refund for shipping, even though the actual return cost is less.
