Avoid this service at all costs; competitors provide a far superior experience. I ordered wine for Christmas and was assured by a representative that my order was guaranteed to arrive before the 25th. If it didn’t, I would receive a refund. On Christmas Eve, I received an email stating my order wouldn’t be delivered and they were only offering store credit instead of a refund. The wine didn’t arrive until the 29th, and now I’m stuck in a loop of them insisting store credit is equivalent to a refund, even though I have to spend more to use it. They eventually offered a refund if I return the wines, but I can't arrange that as I’m not at the delivery address. Terrible service and dishonest communication; I had no issues with other services in the past and regret trying this one.
