A deduction of $40 was made from my bank account without my permission. I called to express my concern and was informed that the refund would take 3 to 5 days. This is unacceptable. They are holding my money for 5 days, and I'm not earning any interest during that time. I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing wines online to reconsider.
