I recently ordered a pair of shoes and was very disappointed with what I received. They looked used, with scratches, dirty soles, and indentations. The leather was warped and lacked the shine of a new product. A return slip was still in the box. When purchasing a new item, one expects it to be in pristine condition. This experience has made me hesitant to buy from the company again.
