I ordered a pair of shoes from the company's website after a disappointing experience with another retailer. Initially, I had ordered the same pair as a Christmas gift for my daughter, but it took the other company 11 days to ship, and the size was wrong due to stock issues. I then placed my order on the company's site on 12/17, expecting it wouldn't arrive by Christmas. To my surprise, it arrived in just two days from the UK, and the packaging was flawless! I was thrilled with the service and will definitely shop with them again. Highly recommend this company for their quality and customer support!
I ordered sneakers (EU size 38.5) from the company on 12 October, and they were only delivered to Switzerland on 19 November — an unreasonably long wait. The size didn't fit, and the situation worsened from there. On 20 November, I returned the package via the postal service to the designated return address in the Netherlands (tracking number included). I followed the company's return instructions precisely:
1) the customs declaration stated “Return of merchandise”,
2) emails confirming the purchase and return were included inside the package,
3) the box was marked as a return.
Despite this, on 26 November, the package was flagged for customs charges in the Netherlands, and the postal service demanded €85 in import fees, treating my return as a regular import. This is completely unacceptable for a return.
I reached out to customer support on 27 November, providing photos of the documents and explaining that customs required payment by 10 December, asking for urgent assistance. I received only a formal, unhelpful response. I followed up again on 06 December and 09 December — but no action was taken.
As a result, on 12 December, the postal service sent the package back. Now I risk losing both the item and the refund, and I might even incur additional return shipping costs — if the package doesn't go missing entirely.
Conclusion: returns with this company are a gamble, and customer support is virtually nonexistent when real issues arise. If the company does not provide a prepaid return label, I highly advise against placing an order — you may waste your time, money, and patience.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service. Their website suggests ordering a size smaller, so I followed that advice — but the sandals I received are far too small. I have been trying to get help with an exchange, but no one is replying to my messages. For a brand at this price point, I expected better support and quicker assistance. Unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating so far. I will update my review as soon as I receive some help!
I have been waiting for the company to reply to my multiple emails. I purchased sneakers and the courier service is asking for a commercial invoice from the company to clear my sneakers at customs, but there's been no response to my emails.
I previously reached out via email regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response. It seems the company only addresses reviews posted here. I ordered on 11/27/25 and was notified on 11/29/25 that my order was processing. The shipping company has allegedly had my package in a California warehouse since 11/30/25, with no updates since then. Despite my attempts to contact them, I haven't received any support. The expected delivery date was 12/4/25, yet it keeps getting pushed back, and the shipping site shows my package still in California. I'm losing hope of receiving the expensive boots I paid for.
