This has been one of my most frustrating shopping experiences. My shoes arrived in poor condition; the box was dirty and the soles were coming undone. The shoes were poorly assembled with visible gaps and uneven glue. I reached out to customer support but haven't received any assistance despite multiple emails. It's disappointing to pay for a damaged product and then be ignored.
