I ordered a size 40 pair of sneakers that were listed for 150 euros. Upon receiving them, they felt like a size 42. I wanted to return them, but the website wouldn't allow it due to a sale. There was no prior indication that they were non-returnable, which feels misleading. This is my first experience with this store and it's been very disappointing. In Europe, there's a 14-day return policy, so I don't understand how a new product can be non-returnable.
