Placed and paid for an order in November and immediately received an apologetic email saying that there was an error on their website about the expected delivery date and it would most likely be after Christmas, but they would keep me updated. I was initially OK with this, as i understand supply chain issues sometimes cause delays, and i was happy to wait as it was something i couldn't buy anywhere else, but then they never came back to me with any updates, so i was getting suspicious as they weren't replying to my emails either. I opened a PayPal dispute and PayPal refunded me on 22nd December, and within an hour, they emailed me to say the item had come back into stock early, and i could pay by credit card to get it delivered for Christmas, which i did. It duly came, looked like a fake, and the intended recipient didn't want it. I contacted them to ask how i could return it for refund, and no response for over a week - emailed again, and still no response, so i checked the website, and it's 'down for maintenance', which is a clear indicator that they've gone out of business. I am currently trying to raise a dispute with my bank now, and i genuinely feel sorry for those that never even received the goods they ordered - at least i have the item, so can try and sell it, but felt it was worth sharing another example of the underhand, shameful way this company has ripped so many people off and would urge them to take whatever action necessary to try and recover their money. If by some miracle the company starts up again - buy somwhere else!!
