Avoid this seller - Fraudulent Practices!

Avoid this seller - Fraudulent Practices! I ordered a butter dish at a lower price from this service compared to another supplier. I was informed that my order arrived damaged at their warehouse and was offered to wait for a replacement. Since it was a Christmas gift, I opted for a refund instead. Six weeks have passed and I am still waiting for my refund despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone—always busy—and ignored emails. This seller is not trustworthy. Their website should be taken down to prevent others from falling victim to this fraud.

Dodgy dealers - AVOID

Placed and paid for an order in November and immediately received an apologetic email saying that there was an error on their website about the expected delivery date and it would most likely be after Christmas, but they would keep me updated. I was initially OK with this, as i understand supply chain issues sometimes cause delays, and i was happy to wait as it was something i couldn't buy anywhere else, but then they never came back to me with any updates, so i was getting suspicious as they weren't replying to my emails either. I opened a PayPal dispute and PayPal refunded me on 22nd December, and within an hour, they emailed me to say the item had come back into stock early, and i could pay by credit card to get it delivered for Christmas, which i did. It duly came, looked like a fake, and the intended recipient didn't want it. I contacted them to ask how i could return it for refund, and no response for over a week - emailed again, and still no response, so i checked the website, and it's 'down for maintenance', which is a clear indicator that they've gone out of business. I am currently trying to raise a dispute with my bank now, and i genuinely feel sorry for those that never even received the goods they ordered - at least i have the item, so can try and sell it, but felt it was worth sharing another example of the underhand, shameful way this company has ripped so many people off and would urge them to take whatever action necessary to try and recover their money. If by some miracle the company starts up again - buy somwhere else!!

Thieves. The company cancelled my order and didn’t refund the money, which was over 100 quid. Their phone lines are constantly engaged. They replied speedily to my complaint re no delivery updates, which was to tell me they had had to cancel the order. I have since sent three emails chasing the money (order was cancelled a month ago) and no further response. They literally stole money from me and then went cold. It is a scam company. I’ve now had to reach out to my bank for a refund and am looking into ways to report this company for fraud.

Had to arrange a charge back from credit card co.

Ordered on 26th Nov and expected delivery by 18th Dec. Emailed by director Daniel Beynon on 15th Dec who said order was being cancelled, refund in 14 working days. Emails and phones not answered after many attempts, I have initiated a charge back from my credit card provider who have refunded my money.

To all potential Naken customers: think carefully before purchasing Naken products. I've been waiting three months for a refund: £545 for the return of bookshelves. The company has stopped responding to my emails. I'm reporting this matter to the appropriate consumer rights agency to have this issue addressed. Olga.

I have reported this company to the Trading Standards! You can do this via the Citizens Advice website. I have also reported their Instagram account, their LinkedIn page and the associated employees. The director's names are Bradley Charles Barnes and Daniel Mark Beynon. Company address is Registered office address: Unit 7 Becks Green Becks Green Lane, Ilketshall St Andrew, Beccles, Suffolk, England NR34 8NB.

No product arrived, no refund given!

I placed an order on the 10th of November for a piece of furniture. It didn’t arrive within the time frame and when I chased they replied quickly and said there was a delay and gave a new time frame. I received an email on the 15th of December saying unfortunately my order had been cancelled and I would be refunded within 15 working days. No refund has arrived and they are not responding to calls or emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I appreciate companies run into issues but then they need to be honest and upfront. I am now trying to get the money back from my bank but will be reporting the company as a possible fraud/scam

The item I ordered never arrived

The item I ordered never arrived. They emailed to say they had to cancel the order but had done a refund which should reach me within 14 days. Refund never came. I had to contact my credit card card for a charge back . Sadly I see now there are many reviews like this, this firm can not be trusted.

Dreadful company DO NOT USE.I ordered lamps in October after chasing several times was told they could not supply and I'd get a refund...... I'm still waiting.Phones and website are not working and nobody replies to emails

AVOID

AVOID! Ordered items, was told they could not fulfil the order and would initiate a refund… still not received it. I think this is a scam company. Avoid at all costs!
