I made a purchase on 31/10/2025, well ahead of the Black Friday sales, and there was no indication of a pre-order for the item. To this day, my package has not arrived. The support team was initially accommodating, stating it was a pre-order and that they were out of stock. I was willing to wait, hoping it would arrive before Christmas. The last email mentioned they received stock, but the tracking information was not updated for several days.
