The patterns of the product are not only beautiful but also well-crafted, and the customer support has been excellent. I encountered a problem with my picnic blanket coming apart at the seams (I’ve recommended this item to numerous family and friends, and it’s the only one that faced this issue; I own other items from the same company) and the team was remarkable in addressing my concerns and honoring the warranty. They kindly sent a new blanket as a replacement.
I made a purchase on 31/10/2025, well before the Black Friday sales, and there was no mention of a pre-order. As of now, my package has not arrived. Initially, the support team was helpful, explaining it was a pre-order and stock was unavailable. I was patient, expecting it to arrive before Christmas. However, the last update stated they had received stock, but tracking information was not available for several days.

I sent multiple emails and waited for two days on their chat feature, but still received no answers. Now that the 40% discount has ended, they seem indifferent. I would NOT recommend buying again. Very disappointing, especially with other brands available that care!
I ordered without being informed that the product was unavailable, unlike other options that notified me. When I inquired about shipping after exceeding the 2 to 5 day window, I learned one item was out of stock. I'm trying to get a refund since it was a gift, but I'm receiving no replies from the company.
Extremely poor customer service. Ordered in mid-November, and despite assurance of express shipping, I received nothing. They later informed me it was a pre-order, which was not mentioned on the website at the time of purchase. They finally said it shipped on 5/12, but there was still no handover to the postal service or tracking updates. I'm leaving for a holiday tomorrow without my items. After spending over $350, I feel it was a total waste, and they refuse to issue a refund, claiming it has shipped despite no tracking scans. This is my first experience with this service, and their communication is ineffective. I may need to escalate this to Fair Trading.
