Extremely poor customer service. Ordered in mid-November, and despite assurance of express shipping, I received nothing. They later informed me it was a pre-order, which was not mentioned on the website at the time of purchase. They finally said it shipped on 5/12, but there was still no handover to the postal service or tracking updates. I'm leaving for a holiday tomorrow without my items. After spending over $350, I feel it was a total waste, and they refuse to issue a refund, claiming it has shipped despite no tracking scans. This is my first experience with this service, and their communication is ineffective. I may need to escalate this to Fair Trading.
