I am extremely disappointed and concerned with the service I have received from NALA regarding a significant transfer. On Thursday, March 5th at 13:52pm, I sent a large sum of money from my bank account to NALA.
It has now been three days, and the money has completely vanished. It is not showing in my NALA wallet, and it hasn’t been returned to my bank account. When dealing with large sums of money, you expect reliability and transparency, but currently, I have neither.
I have reached out to support, but the delay in reflecting these funds is unacceptable. I need this resolved immediately. If you are considering using NALA for large transfers, be very cautious—my money is currently in limbo with zero updates. I will not recommend NALA for any large transfers. For a financial service to hold onto funds without explanation or reflection is a massive red flag.
I have already contacted support and am waiting for a resolution. Until my money is found and credited, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. This has caused me significant stress and disrupted my financial obligations. Resolve this immediately.
