They’re unable to manage a large volume of orders and emails via customer service. I placed an order during Black Friday (November) and didn’t receive my order until around (early week of January). I asked to exchange 1 item for a larger size in January. It’s now end of February. They said that their next shipment would arrive mid January and would be able to ship a larger size to me. They haven’t responded to my emails when I followed up. Nothing. Feels like a scam to me. The clothes are trendy but sizing is too small and I’ve been slim my whole life maintaining around the same weight. It’s like their brand team wants everyone to be anorexic. I recommend buying elsewhere. These are WAYYY TOOO LOOOONGG of wait times. I could move houses/apartments. Your operations are TERRIBLE. Hire more staff if your business can’t handle this volume. Shame.
