It seems they are unable to handle high volume orders (such as Black Friday/cyber Monday). Took nearly a month to ship some items. Unresponsive via email, DM, and WhatsApp. They try to save face and maintain a positive image, despite their lack of customer service, by deleting negative comments on their Instagram of people asking where their orders are, asking for a response to their emails and dms, asking for a refund, etc. I gave two stars because the few items I received were good quality, although they were all made in China. The price point that they sell these items are extremely overpriced for them to be made in China. I wouldn’t recommend this company or order from them again. They’ve missed many opportunities to make things right with their customers by simply being transparent, instead of giving a deafening silence to customers, a fleeting story post of an apology (many don’t click on Instagram stories—this should have been a post instead and an email), and deleting social media posts to make things appear normal and okay. Very shady.
