I ordered in MAY and received products within a couple months. I appreicate the natural fabric and the leggings are comfortable and fit well. However, I had some quality issues and a fit issue with a bra, so I submitted an exchange. In December, I received 1 of 3 items of of exchange. Middle/end of January, I still have 2 outstanding items that I was told would ship in December, then again within 72 hours from their email early January. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation. Their team has stopped responding to all forms of communication and turned off their Instagram comments. I like the items, so I am hopefully waiting; however, I will soon be submitting the evidence to my credit card company that the items were never received for a chargeback.
