I placed an order in August for a fall pre order set that would ship early November. After December rolled around and I hadn't received anything I reached out to them asking about my order. They told me they had some complications with shopify and had my order at the warehouse. They said it would ship by the end of the week. We'll then January goes by, and they post on their social media that they are going to court against shopify and our orders would be shipping out soon. They had to block comments because there were so many people that came to complain about their orders never showing up, horrible customer service, just being yanked around for months. I messaged them one last time. Saying I understood their issues with everything and was willing to even wait longer for my order, I just didn't want to wait indefinitely with a moving shipping date spaning 4+ months. I asked if I should cancel or if they could provide a real date for fulfillment. They never responded, just cancled my order lol. Go to Pact. I love their organic cotton leggings. Or even Branwyn, their wool leggings are amazing, you wouldn't know it was wool.

∙ November 2025: Email saying delayed to late November
∙ December 2025: Another email blaming “DHL carrier delays,” new promise of end of December
∙ February 2026: Still nothing. Multiple emails sent - ZERO responses.

The Reality: Seven months later, I have no product and complete radio silence from this company. They won’t respond to any of my emails. This isn’t poor customer service - it’s unacceptable business practice.

If you ordered from Namarie with a credit card, file a chargeback NOW. Document everything - emails, promised dates, your attempts to contact them.

If you’re considering ordering - DON’T. Save yourself the money and frustration.

I’m sharing this everywhere so others don’t fall victim to the same experience. Namarie, if you’re reading this, respond to your customers or issue refunds. Your silence is deafening.

this company is at scam level

this company is at a scam level. at this point it doesn't even matter to me that if they are truly legit. I ordered some leggings back in Sep 2nd 2025. right now it's Feb 2026. there are no products shipped. I tried to contact the customer service, and got no replies. When you see on their website that they have 5 star ratings, and here or redit they only got 1 star rating, you know how much they did in faking their brand. Do not buy from them!!!!

HOTMESS of a company -- headed for failure.

I own multiple sets from this company and started order from them in 2024. Lets me tell you that in two years they havent gotten ANY of their sh*t together. They are 5 people running a small international business involving major production and fast scale with no skill set on how to manage or re-invest. You will wait 3-5 months for your order and eventually it will arrive.I warned them for over a year to hire REAL professional help and to stop winging it and they just made no real meaningful change. Now they claim to be taking Shopify to court who is holding all their products and they can't ship after months of promised shipping dates that came and went. DO NOT SUPPORT this company. Well intentioned. Great products. Absolutely no business savvy.

Been waiting for over half a year and NO communication updates

I ordered in MAY and received products within a couple months. I appreicate the natural fabric and the leggings are comfortable and fit well. However, I had some quality issues and a fit issue with a bra, so I submitted an exchange. In December, I received 1 of 3 items of of exchange. Middle/end of January, I still have 2 outstanding items that I was told would ship in December, then again within 72 hours from their email early January. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation. Their team has stopped responding to all forms of communication and turned off their Instagram comments. I like the items, so I am hopefully waiting; however, I will soon be submitting the evidence to my credit card company that the items were never received for a chargeback.

I ordered on 12/14/25 and never received an expected shipping date. I emailed customer support several times and only received long-winded excuses with no tangible expected date to complete the order. My confirmation email states that it is a pre-order, but nothing is mentioned about a pre-order when completing the purchase. It is stated that products will ship in 3-4 days. I have been waiting for over a month with no expected shipping or delivery date. I have submitted a request for a refund with my credit card company. I also reported their IG account as a scam. Too bad, I had high hopes!

Total scam

Total scam. Ordered December 1st and it's now Jan 20th and products still haven't been shipped. I sent several emails to the company and they wrote back with a canned AI sob-story excuse saying that the product was in the warehouse and would ship out this week. But guess what? nothing was shipped. It's all just a bait and switch. Spend your money elsewhere.

Huge Scam. No response. No product shipped

I really wish these reviews were more prominent in my search for organic sustainable clothing. We ordered several yoga outfits on Black Friday and after emailing a few times with a canned response and then no communication after, I decided to seek out other people’s experiences and have been blown away at how many people have been ripped off! It’s been about 8 weeks and still no product received. We are looking to contest the purchase with our credit card company now. This company seems to be a shell business, definitely a scam. Buyer Beware!!

Namarie appears to be a bogus company. My wife placed an order over a month ago and still nothing has been delivered. Your can't even talk to any one live to find out what going on with the order.WARNING!! Stay away from this company!

I wish I read these reviews before…

I wish I read these reviews before placing two orders with them! I received the first order and the leggings are too big. So I went through the return process and a return label won’t generate. I’ve emailed support twice. They answered the second time and said they are working on it. I followed up after a week and no response. My second order was suppose to be shipped 1/8 and no shipping info has been sent. I’m disputing with my credit card company now. Honestly the legging don’t look high quality. Horrible customer service. I’ve reported them to bbb.org as well. I don’t like being scammed!
