I am STILL waiting on one order from July and another from September if you can believe it. I wrote to them 4 days ago to follow up and still have not heard back. I know they were having some problems and they even asked the community for support promising things would ship soon once that happened but still nothing. I have been very patient but this is getting ridiculous.
