The products are fantastic, comfortable and good quality. The customer service has been hard going. We have needed to exchange an item twice. Despite following the instructions on the website and indicating an exchange both online and via a note in the return, I have twice had to follow up with emails to get the exchanged product sent back out. A bit more development of the web/order tracking system would be a positive step so customers can fully track returns and exchanges. Also, whoever writes your emails needs a course in compassion, they are fairly abrupt!
