I've been given the runaround. They took my money, and my website remains down after two weeks. I can't access my account on their platform, so I tried to reset my password. When I attempted to log in again, it said my details were invalid, and I got locked out. Eventually, I managed to log in by resetting my password again and submitted a support ticket, but their reply didn't address my questions, and I couldn't respond to it. Each time I try to log in, my details are incorrect again. It's a nightmare. I called their support line and waited for 15 minutes without any response. This feels like a classic case of being ripped off. I've reached my limit. No answers. UPDATE: During the renewal process, it seems they lost the DNS nameserver records on my account, leaving the fields blank. I've also noticed they backdated my payment, taking a month's worth of service while my website is down. Just an unacceptable situation with one of the most expensive services available.
