Frustrating Support Experience

I've been given the runaround. They took my money, and my website is still down after two weeks. I can't access my account on their platform, so I attempted to reset my password. When I tried to log in again, it said my details were invalid, and I got locked out. I finally managed to get in by resetting my password again and submitted a support ticket, but their response didn't address my questions, and I couldn't reply to it. Each time I try to log in, my details are incorrect again. It's a nightmare. I called their support line and waited for 15 minutes without any response. It's a classic case of being ripped off. I've reached my limit. No answers. UPDATE: During the renewal process, it seems they lost the DNS nameserver records on my account, leaving the fields blank. I've also noticed they backdated my payment, taking a month's worth of service while my website is down. Just an unacceptable situation with one of the most expensive services available.

Disappointing customer service and a greedy business...They charge you far too early, leaving you with little time to cancel auto-renewals. Beware or be taken advantage of!

Avoid This Hosting Service

This domain hosting company does not provide an email address, forcing you to call and wait. After twenty minutes, I gave up. Avoid this service at all costs.

Disappointing Experience with Domain Pricing

This has always been my preferred domain supplier since I learned that another provider was dishonest. If I forgot to log in and found the perfect domain, it would suddenly quadruple in price. When I inquired, they claimed it was due to others showing interest. This happened repeatedly, leading me to switch to another service. However, I encountered similar issues there, resulting in my rating dropping from five stars to two.
