I am extremely disappointed and honestly angry about my experience with Namesigns.com.I ordered a sign for my daughter’s nursery expecting the “high-quality, eco-friendly wood” they advertise on their website. What I received was the complete opposite. The sign arrived unfinished and unsealed, made from what appears to be cheap plywood. The cuts were very rough, the edges weren’t even sanded, and it looked like it had been hit with a quick, uneven coat of primer spray paint. There is absolutely nothing “high quality” about this product.This was meant to be something special for my daughter’s nursery, and instead it looks like a rushed DIY project made from scrap wood.What makes it even worse is the lack of customer service. I reached out via email and through their website help chat and received no response at all. No acknowledgment, no attempt to fix the issue — nothing.I do not recommend this website. The product quality is extremely poor and the customer service is nonexistent. Save your money and look elsewhere.
