I am extremely disappointed and honestly angry about my experience with Namesigns.com.
I ordered a sign for my daughter’s nursery expecting the “high-quality, eco-friendly wood” they advertise on their website. What I received was the complete opposite. The sign arrived unfinished and unsealed, made from what appears to be cheap plywood. The cuts were very rough, the edges weren’t even sanded, and it looked like it had been hit with a quick, uneven coat of primer spray paint. There is absolutely nothing “high quality” about this product.
This was meant to be something special for my daughter’s nursery, and instead it looks like a rushed DIY project made from scrap wood.
What makes it even worse is the lack of customer service. I reached out via email and through their website help chat and received no response at all. No acknowledgment, no attempt to fix the issue — nothing.
I do not recommend this website. The product quality is extremely poor and the customer service is nonexistent. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Horrible customer service. I had to order an additional name sign for my nursery bc the other one got damaged easily while my husband was doing the furniture and I have tried to reach out multiple times by email, FB, and chat on the website and no response! Horrible business manners and will not order from here again.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY....."NAMESIGNS.COM"I'M TELLING YOU THAT I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM A 1-STAR !!!YOU'RE "LUCKY" IF YOU CAN EVEN GET AN ACTUAL PERSON TO REPLY BACK AT ALL !I'VE BEEN E-MAILING AND E-MAILING THEM FOR A MONTH AND 1/2, AND NO REPLY.EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO 'CHAT' WITH THEM ON THEIR WEBSITE, THEY ARE "OFFLINE".YOU SHOULD GO TO A SIGN COMPANY THAT CAN ACTUALLY PROVIDE SERVICE AND FEEDBACK WHEN NEEDED.ALSO, THEY ADVERTISE THEIR SIGNS, THAT YOU CAN'T ACTUALLY GET.. (LIKE THE 3D SIGN THAT SAYS 'HUNTER JAMES")...THERE IS NO OPTION FOR THE SIGN, FONT, ETC..)LOOK AT THE REVIEWS HERE....NOT GOOD, NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!

Item arrived broken and ask for replacement. We never received a replacement even though they said they sent one. We have reached out multiple times and it takes weeks for response. We requested a refund and no one has followed up since.
Ordered another sign for a baby shower and it came out perfect. Sign came within 2 weeks looked great. Emailed customer service to confirm I would have it in time for the baby shower and they answered within a day. Overall great experience. This was my 4th order.
I was hesitant about buying this because of some of the other reviews. I didn't have any problem tracking my package! I got updates through the "shop" app and UPS. The sign itself is nicely done! It's light weight so you can just use command strips to hang. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it's a bit smaller than I expected. It's 30" wide but I wish they would have been clearer on the height. Still excited to hang it in the baby nursery.
I ordered two white 10” long cursive names to go above my grand children’s box-framed art on my living from wall, so I wanted them to look really nice. I looked other places but couldn’t find what I needed until I came upon Name Signs. The product return time was exactly as stated and the names were absolutely beautiful and perfect. Excellent craftsmanship. They were packed within the wood they were cut from so they were safe in transit. I didn’t have any issues, but I noticed there is a place on their site where you can chat directly with them if there are any concerns or needed changes.In a world of scams and low quality work, these people appear to really care about the customer and try to make exactly what you ask of them. I would give them 10 stars if I could. So highly recommend. I will tell people I know, and use them again!
Like another reviewer said. My sign also got “lost in transit” and when I tried to contact them about their policy, no one responded..which I find odd because they had no problem responding to me when I was inquiring about my sign design prior to buying. I find it incredibly rude that the customer is made to eat the cost especially when the postage read as insured by the seller on usps website. This isn’t a matter of no way to contact them. They are there but could care less if you never get your purchase. Had to dispute them with the credit card .
