Like another reviewer said. My sign also got “lost in transit” and when I tried to contact them about their policy, no one responded..which I find odd because they had no problem responding to me when I was inquiring about my sign design prior to buying. I find it incredibly rude that the customer is made to eat the cost especially when the postage read as insured by the seller on usps website. This isn’t a matter of no way to contact them. They are there but could care less if you never get your purchase. Had to dispute them with the credit card .
