The website is quite clunky and far from user-friendly. To make matters worse, the support phone line is no longer operational. After my digital signature expired, I purchased a new one and need to change the device PIN, which requires reconfirmation with another outdated platform. I've attempted to change the PIN for weeks, encountering errors regardless of how I configured it. The processes feel disjointed, lacking any guidance. Despite being endorsed by a reputable entity, my experience has been very unsatisfactory, earning only one star for its functionality, layout, and ergonomics. It certainly does not reflect a professional service, no matter how patient a user may be. This has been incredibly frustrating.
