Cumbersome website experience.

The website is quite cumbersome and lacks user-friendliness, and to make things worse, the support phone line is no longer operational. After my digital signature expired, I purchased a new one, but now I need to change the device PIN and reconfirm it with the relevant authority, requiring navigation through another outdated platform. I've struggled with the PIN change for weeks, facing errors no matter how I configured it. The processes feel disjointed, similar to the other service, with no clear guidance available. Despite being endorsed by a reputable entity, my experience leaves much to be desired—only earning a single star for its functionality, website logic, layout, and overall user experience. It certainly does not convey the impression of a professional service, regardless of how patient a user might be. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Support line is ineffective.

The support line proved to be ineffective; the representative could not provide any assistance over the phone and directed me to the website instead. The video authentication process was lacking, and during my first attempt, the call was disconnected even though all information was filled out correctly.
