After my digital signature expired, I purchased a new one, but now I need to change the device PIN and reconfirm it with the relevant authority, requiring navigation through another outdated platform. I've struggled with the PIN change for weeks, facing errors no matter how I configured it. The processes feel disjointed, similar to the other service, with no clear guidance available. Despite being endorsed by a reputable entity, my experience leaves much to be desired—only earning a single star for its functionality, website logic, layout, and overall user experience. It certainly does not convey the impression of a professional service, regardless of how patient a user might be. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
