The product still hasn't arrived. The website states delivery should take 3–7 business days, and when I reached out to the company, I was told via email that it would arrive before 24 December. Now, it has been over 20 business days, and there's been no delivery. After following up again, I was informed that the item had been 'shipped' and that I should resolve the issue with the postal service. However, the tracking shows that the parcel hasn't left the UK, so the postal service can't help. This is very poor service, with misleading delivery details and a complete lack of accountability.
