The item has not been received. The website clearly states that delivery should take 3–7 business days, and when I contacted the support team, I was told via email that it would arrive before 24 December. Now, over 20 business days have passed, and there has been no delivery. After following up again, I was told the item had been 'shipped' and that I needed to deal with the postal service. However, tracking information shows that the parcel hasn't even left the country, meaning the postal service can't assist. This reflects extremely poor service, with misleading delivery information and a total lack of accountability.
