I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant recently. My vegetarian order arrived missing slaw dressing, and when I requested a correction, it came back cold with barely any dressing. Then, when they remade the meal, it shockingly contained chicken, despite my clear vegetarian request. This was unacceptable due to my dietary restrictions. Although the manager apologized, the situation was poorly handled. I requested a refund and even offered to pay for the correct items, but the manager insisted on a full refund, which would take 10 working days. This was incredibly frustrating, especially given the circumstances. Overall, this was a distressing experience, and I expected much better standards.
