I ordered online for delivery and waited an hour without receiving my food. The driver claimed he delivered it, but that wasn't the case. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, they refused, stating the driver’s claim. I asked for proof of delivery, but they couldn’t provide any. They also declined to reimburse me, leaving me without food or a refund. This is unacceptable, especially as a pregnant woman with children. I feel robbed, and I will stick to other delivery services in the future.
