I ordered £100 worth of food through the Nando’s app from the Catford, London branch. Customer service later claimed the driver couldn’t reach me, so to avoid any stress, I went to the branch to pick up the food myself.Unfortunately, I was told the driver had already taken the food home. I was very upset and emailed Nando’s. Their response was that the money was gone, and customer service confirmed the driver took the food away; he did not take it back to Nando’s, possibly he took it to eat or even resell.There’s no proper tracking system like Just Eat, and no way to see the driver’s location. Nando’s basically told me with body language that it’s at my own risk. If you want Nando’s, it’s best to go to the store in person. Their delivery system is unreliable.
