I placed an order and they mistakenly left out a portion of chips. This isn't typically a big deal, but it was the main side for some chicken thighs and corn on the cob. I contacted customer service, and they simply said they couldn't send someone to deliver it. Instead, they offered a refund. While I appreciate the refund, I ordered a meal, and now I'm left with just chicken, corn, and nothing else. It wouldn't have been difficult to reach out to the restaurant and arrange for the missing item to be delivered.
