I’m very disappointed with the service. After returning from a trip, I was tired and hungry, so I placed an order for delivery. About thirty minutes later, I realized my phone had no network connection. Once I fixed that, I checked the app, which indicated that my food was on its way. I went downstairs to check, but no one arrived. My doorbell was functioning perfectly, so the driver should have rung it.
I contacted customer support, and the representative informed me that the delivery driver had attempted to reach me but couldn’t, so he left the food by the door. However, I found nothing when I checked. She recommended that I submit a claim through the customer assistance portal, which I did immediately.
A week later, I received a response stating that nothing could be done, and there would be no refund. They claimed that the driver had adhered to all proper protocols.
This reflects very poor customer service and indicates a significant failure in the delivery process.
