From the initial consultation to the final commissioning, the entire process was handled professionally. An issue arose during the installation due to our low pitched roof, which meant the original mounts couldn't be used. Several solutions were proposed, and we agreed on an in-roof option. Although some supply issues caused slight delays, the team was extremely helpful in explaining the final solution. The engineers who installed the solar panels and battery did an excellent job—very tidy and polite, completing the installation in a day and a half, even in freezing temperatures. The system was demonstrated during the handover. While email communication can be slow, the representative responds instantly to WhatsApp messages, even late at night.
