I self-excluded and closed my account with NanoGames a few months ago. Despite this, I accidentally made two deposits recently to the same wallet address linked to my old account and NanoGames accepted the funds.When I contacted support to explain the mistake and request a refund, they refused, saying it was my responsibility. Even though they still control the wallet and have access to the money, they are choosing to keep it. It’s pretty much theft.This is unethical and shows a complete lack of responsibility toward self-excluded users. If you’re considering using this site, think twice as they do not operate with accountability or fairness.
